2022-2023 LTi Grants Awarded
Congratulations to the College of Arts & Sciences faculty awarded Learning Technology incubator (LTi) grants for 2022-23! This year’s projects, such as “Visualizing the Schwartz Map Collection” and “Learning Spaces in the Metaverse,” demonstrate the innovative pedagogy at work across the College of Arts & Sciences. They span a range of interests including creating digital resources that will serve students at UVa and beyond, rethinking post-pandemic teaching strategies, curriculum redesign, and teaching with virtual reality. The project titles are listed below. The Learning Technology Incubator (LTi) program is an initiative of the A&S Learning Design & Technology team in the UVA College & Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. The goal of the LTi is to promote innovative projects that seek to solve common instructional challenges and show potential to improve teaching and learning broadly across the curriculum.
