Media Editing Lab & Equipment Checkout
Six 27" iMac computers with Adobe Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, DaVinci Resolve, and Audacity are available for use as editing stations.
Media Studies students are required to sign the Media Studies Equipment Stewardship Code & Contract prior to checking out Media Studies designated equipment.

Reserving Equipment
- Go to login.cheqroom.com
- Enter your official UVA email address in email address field (e.g. ms3tk@virginia.edu)
- Click Log in with SSO, which will prompt you to sign in with your NetBadge credentials
- Choose A&S Media Studio Equipment Checkout as "Location"
- Click the blue New Reservation button

Access Information
Staffed hours are listed above. The doors to Wilson 207 are open 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday to allow pick up and drop off from equipment lockers. Students wanting additional access to Wilson 207 can fill out the After-Hours Code and Contract form. Faculty can request access using this form.
