Media Editing Lab & Equipment Checkout

iMac computers at tables in Media Editing Lab

Four iMac computers with Adobe Creative Cloud applicants (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), iMovie, Audacity and more, are available for use as editing stations.

Media Studies students are required to sign the Media Studies Equipment Stewardship Code & Contract prior to checking out Media Studies designated equipment.

  • Tuesday: 9:30AM - 10:50AM, 12:30 - 3:00PM, 3:30 - 5:00PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 - 11:45AM, 2:00 - 5:00PM
  • Thursday: 9:30AM - 10:50AM, 12:30 - 3:00PM, 3:30 - 5:00PM
  • Friday: 9:30AM - 11:30AM, 12:30 - 4:00PM

Reserving Equipment

  1. Go to the A&S Media Studio equipment checkout site.
  2. Click Log in with SSO, which will prompt you to sign in with your NetBadge credentials.
  3. Choose Media Equipment Checkout from the Location drop down menu.
  4. Under My open reservations, click the New Reservation button.

Access Information

Staffed hours are listed above. The doors to Wilson 207 are open 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday to allow pick up and drop off from equipment lockers. Students may request additional access to Wilson 207 by completing the After-Hours Usage form. Faculty and staff may use the same form to request access to Wilson 207 (Equipment Checkout and Editing lab) or Wilson 235 (Media Production Studio).
