Alanna is an instructional designer specifically working with STEM departments at UVA. As a part of the HHMI Driving Change project, her work focuses classroom best practices and how departmental culture relates to student success. She has experience working with graduate students and faculty in a wide variety of disciplines, and is particularly interested in helping all students succeed. She holds a Ph.D. from the Department of Chemistry at Northwestern University.
