STEM Immersive Space in Gilmer

This space design is a collaborative physical and virtual environment that invites and ignites participatory learning.

The Gilmer STEM Immersive Space located in Gilmer 290E, is part of the STEM Commons.  It is a collaborative immersive maker space, open to faculty, students, and staff at the College of Arts and Sciences. Students, faculty, and staff may use the resources equipment and will be able to use a variety of tools and machines to design courses and resources for coursework. To use the Virtual Reality Occulus Rift or Occulus Go, or the Augmented Reality on ipad, training will be required. To sign up for a training session
